Carmen at Cane River, Bull Bay Jamaica

Oil on Panel 12x12
The Cane River rises at twin sources in the vicinity of Derby Peak in eastern Saint Andrew Parish, Jamaica from where it flows south to the Caribbean Sea.
Cane River falls is where Bob Marley used to wash his dreadlocks, the Roaring white water cascaded from two points over rock into an azure lagoon, which spilt over a manmade barrier of rocks and sandbags to continue downstream as the Cane River. The little blue lagoon/pool is deep enough to stand in. A great place for hikers and people who loves nature.
I captured Carmen while she was enjoying the fall under a beautiful early morning light.
